I have seen some confusion with this so I figured I'd mention just in case there was staff that was not aware there were even two apps. Some don't.

Join Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) for the 2026 Workforce Summit on Friday, Oct. 16, at the National Conference Center. The half-day event will bring together business and industry partners, educators and students to strengthen connections between the classroom and careers.

This year's Summit is designed to move partnerships from interest to action. Business and community partners will explore ways to engage with LCPS, connect directly with students and educators and identify opportunities that align with their organization's interests and capacity. Interactive Design Labs will give participants an opportunity to develop partnership ideas and identify next steps. Breakout sessions will provide additional opportunities to learn, share ideas and connect with others around workforce development.

Businesses will also have opportunities to engage directly with students through mock interviews, networking and employability skills activities. Whether an organization is ready to host an intern or apprentice, offer a job-shadowing experience, connect with a classroom or is just beginning to explore ways to work with LCPS, there is a way to get involved.

These partnerships give students opportunities to explore careers, develop workplace skills and connect what they are learning in school with their plans for the future. They also help businesses build relationships with students and contribute to the development of Loudoun County's future workforce.
