Workforce Summit Overview
Join Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) for the 2026 Workforce Summit, a dynamic half-day event dedicated to fostering partnerships between education and industry to support the development of a skilled and prepared workforce. Bringing together business leaders, educators, students, and community stakeholders, the summit will explore innovative strategies and real-world commitments that strengthen career pathways for Loudoun’s future talent.
Participants will engage in thought-provoking conversations, hands-on student showcases, and collaborative breakout sessions that address key workforce development challenges and opportunities. With a focus on action and connection, the summit aims to inspire new partnerships, enhance career readiness efforts, and align education with evolving industry needs.
When a student walks into a workplace, collaborates with professionals and sees that their ideas matter, that’s belonging. When they discover a career that excites them or find a mentor who believes in their potential, that’s belonging. It’s the powerful sense of being seen, valued and included in something larger than themselves.
