Dr. Aaron Spence sits down with Sharon Willoughby, Chief Financial Officer, to talk about the LCPS budget process and how budget decisions are made in this month’s Think Fast video. Earlier this week, in two budget planning meetings, Dr. Spence presented the Superintendent’s Estimate of Needs and, at the second meeting, LCPS leadership gave a  series of detailed presentations to support the SEON. Additional meetings are planned to review and discuss the proposed FY27 budget.
