Belmont Ridge Middle School is celebrating the outstanding achievements of its students at the Technology Student Association (TSA) National Conference, held in Nashville, Tennessee, from June 27 to July 1. In only their second year as a chapter, 12 Belmont Ridge students represented their school and brought home four national championships along with multiple top-10 finishes.
This year’s national conference was a highly competitive event that brought together about 6,000 middle and high school students from across the country. Belmont Ridge students competed in a variety of 37 middle school-level events, demonstrating exceptional skill and creativity. The competitions spanned diverse STEM fields, from engineering and design challenges such as Structural Engineering, Prepared Speech and Coding to creative applications including Digital Photography and Forensics.
The success of Belmont Ridge reflects the strong commitment to STEM education across Loudoun County, where many middle and high schools host active TSA chapters, fostering a pipeline of future innovators.
