Dear Families:

Loudoun County Public Schools Online Verification process and First Day Information for the 2025-26 school year is open. Please complete Online Verification to access your student’s/students’ class and bus schedules via ParentVUE. Bus and class schedules are available today, Monday, Aug. 11, starting at the following times: 

• 9 a.m. for High School families

• Noon for Middle School families

• 2 p.m. for Elementary School families

Please note: To view schedules, you must first complete the Online Verification process. If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact your student’s school to request an Activation Letter. 

For families who have activated their Stopfinder account, you will also see your student’s transportation information in the app. Please note: You may need to scroll to the date of August 21 in the app to see student transportation information.

Because Transportation continues to make updates to student transportation, parents are asked to check transportation information the evening before the start of school and periodically throughout the year for any changes. Parents are also notified via email when changes are made to their student’s transportation. When changes are made to a route, parents are notified through our routing system and emails come from a NOREPLY@TRANSFINDER.COM email address.
