Loudoun County High School

County Baseball defeated Broad Run 7-3 to win the Catoctin District Tournament Championship May 30.  This was the Captains' first tournament championship since 2016. Andrew Fees threw 6 2/3 innings for County.  The Spartans intentionally walked Jacob Martin in the first to load the bases.  This proved to be costly and allowed the Captains to put up four runs in the first.  County will travel to Heritage June 3 for the Region Semifinals. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m.
