At Leesburg Elementary, we are fortunate to have many dedicated staff members who pour their hearts into supporting our students and families. Among them, Ms. Gaby Kragness, our Family Liaison, shines especially bright. Her work touches nearly every corner of our school, and we want to take a moment to recognize just how grateful we are to have her as part of our Fami‑LEE.
Every day, Ms. Kragness serves as a bridge between home and school—supporting students, guiding families, and ensuring that every member of our community feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. Whether she is helping a parent navigate resources, supporting a student through a challenge, or coordinating communication across languages and cultures, she approaches each task with compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication.
Her leadership was especially evident this past Thursday evening during our Multicultural Fair, a beautiful celebration of the cultures, traditions, and stories that make Leesburg Elementary such a vibrant place to learn and grow. From organizing participants to coordinating displays, performances, and family engagement, Ms. Kragness played a central role in bringing the event to life. The result was an evening filled with joy, pride, and connection—an experience our families will remember for years to come.
Ms. Kragness is more than a staff member; she is a cornerstone of our school community. Her ability to build relationships, uplift families, and create inclusive spaces makes Leesburg Elementary stronger, kinder, and more connected.
Thank you, Ms. Kragness, for everything you do. We are truly grateful for you, and we are so proud to have you as part of our Fami‑LEE.
