Want to play and move but don’t have equipment? No problem. Today’s challenge is to get creative with movement. Use what’s around you—pillows, chalk, stairs or cardboard boxes—and turn everyday items into a movement adventure. Did your living room become an obstacle course? Did the driveway turn into a hopscotch court? Show us your creative play.
