Happy National Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Day! RDNs are leading experts in food and nutrition, requiring a degree from an accredited dietetics program and completing a 1,200 hour internship before being eligible to sit for the national registration exam.
Today, we celebrate the vital role that LCPS’ RDN, Ms. Palaschak, plays in our school community. She works closely with LCPS Executive Chef Erik Madsen to create healthy and nutritious meal plans for our students. Together, they develop balanced, nutritious meals that fuel students’ growth and learning. Interested in joining our School Nutrition Services team? Apply now: https://lcps.org/schoolnutrition
