Instructions for Submitting Paper Volunteer Record of Service Forms to LVCC
Students will record volunteer hours on the attached paper form for volunteer service performed between May 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025. ** Forms must be signed and dated by both the student and parents. Forms must be turned in by Thursday, May 1, 2025 to the Loudoun Valley Community Center at 320 W. School Street in Purcellville in person or by mail (Loudoun Valley students may bring application and payment to Ms. Bucci and leave in the main office). The Community Center is open Mondays through Thursdays from 7am to 9:00pm, Fridays 7am to 6pm, and Saturdays 8am to 4pm. Our certifying committee also requires $10.00 for a personalized certificate with student’s name on it, a letter signed by the President of the United States, and a lapel pin. Checks may be made payable to the LVCC Association and submitted to LVCC with the Record of Service form on or before May 1, 2025. Unfortunately, our Advisory Board does not have the financial resources to pay this amount for the students. Cash can be accepted by the Community Center, but not credit cards at this time.
Students may also submit an excel spreadsheet or other document that contains all the information required in the paper record of service form, including student and parent signatures and date, and email to Erin Bucci, LVCC Advisory Board, buccierin@comcast.net. Payment must be mailed or dropped off at the Loudoun Valley Community Center no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025. Loudoun Valley students can leave payment and applications in the main office at Valley for Ms. Bucci.
No applications will be accepted late, under any circumstances! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Erin Bucci at buccierin@comcast.net.
Thank you!
