Information about Fall Conference Night:

·        Our Fall Conference Night is coming up on Wednesday, October 8th from 5:30-7:30.

·        Conferences will be in person at Heritage, and parents/guardians will have to sign up for an appointment slot. There are limited appointments available, and there will be no walk-in appointments available that evening.

·        Each conference is 13 minutes in length with 4 minutes of break in between.

·        The Sign-Up Genius is open. Please click here. Please note: Sign-ups will close on Friday, October 3 at 11:59 PM. There will be no conferences scheduled after that date/time.

·        Parents/guardians who are attending will meet with teachers in assigned classrooms.

Fall Conference Night Sign-up Instructions

1.       Review your student’s course schedule in ParentVue or StudentVue.

2.       Click on the sign-up link.

3.       Find the last name of your student’s teacher and select an available slot.

4.        Once a slot has been selected, it is closed and no longer available.

Helpful Points:

·        Only select teachers whose names appear on your child’s schedule. 

·        If a desired slot is unavailable and all other available slots are full, you may reach out to the teacher through email to set up another time to conference based on teacher availability.
