📚 Get Ready for the Spring Book Fair!
Our Spring Book Fair is just around the corner, and we have two exciting weeks of literary fun planned. Here is everything you need to know to help your student prepare.
🗓️ Important Dates
Preview Week: March 16–18 (Students will browse and create wish lists).
Shopping Week: March 23–27 (Students bring money to purchase books).
Family Shopping Night: Thursday, March 26 (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) — Held alongside Science Night (6:00-7:30 PM)!
Open Shopping: Friday, March 27.
💰 How to Shop
To make shopping easy and secure, you have three options:
eWallet: The easiest way to pay! Set up a digital account for your child [https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/ballsbluffelementaryschool] so they don't have to carry cash.
Cash/Credit: Please only send cash with your student on their scheduled shopping day or on Friday, March 27.
Donations: We want every student to go home with a book! You can donate to the school eWallet [https://shop.scholastic.com/ewallet/fund?lang=en_US&walletId=560f5912-be11-49ad-a91e-d11007136bd6] or donate gently used books to our "Free Book Carts."
🎨 Special Events & Contests
Bookmark Contest: Entries are due by March 16. Winning bookmarks will be printed and available during shopping week!
Book Character Madness: Students will vote on their favorite characters during library lessons throughout March to see who takes the crown.
Free Books: We will have free book options available for any student not making a purchase during shopping week.
