Dear RLC Families,
It is time to share your thoughts and provide parent input for the 2026-2027 school year! This questionnaire is optional and is an opportunity for families to provide the Rosa Lee Carter staff with insight into their child as student class placements are being made for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in April. The form will close on March 27th at 5:00 PM. We encourage you to use this form to provide input.

Please note that RLC teachers and administrators put a great deal of time and consideration into this process to ensure that every child is set up for success. Please do not request a specific teacher.
Information you provide will be considered as classes are formed for the 2026-2027 school year. Input forms from previous years are not referred to; a new input form will need to be completed each school year.
