Dear Guilford Community,

My name is Andrew Lam and I’m honored and excited to be joining the Guilford team as Dean of Students for the 2025–26 school year. I am coming to Guilford from West Virgina with over 12 years of experience in education as a physical education teacher, coach of a variety of sports, and administrator. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students in a variety of roles and settings. Each step of my journey has deepened my commitment to building strong relationships, promoting student growth, and creating a positive, inclusive school culture.

I look forward to getting to know the students, families, and staff that make Guilford such a special community. Together, I’m confident we can create an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
