My name is Beth Karstaedt, and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Guilford Elementary. With over 15 years of experience in education and a deep passion for supporting student growth, I am committed to helping every child thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

I began my career as a Special Education teacher, where I developed a strong foundation in creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments. After earning my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, I transitioned into administration to help support students, staff, and families at a broader level.

At Guilford, I work closely with our principal, teachers, and staff to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive school culture. I believe in the power of strong relationships and open communication, and I strive to be a resource for our school community—whether it's assisting students with daily challenges, supporting teachers in the classroom, or working with families to ensure student success.
