The demolition and construction of our new Seldens Landing Elementary School playground is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 15, 2026.

To help families better understand the project area, we shared an aerial site map of the Seldens Landing playground that identifies the construction zone, truck access route, and staging areas. During construction, an orange safety fence will be installed around the playground work area, and traffic cones will be placed around equipment, parking, and staging locations (basketball courts).

For the safety of all students, families, and community members, we ask that children remain clear of the construction zone, staging area, construction equipment, and designated truck route throughout the project. Project completion is approximately four to six weeks. The fields and track will remain open, but visitors to the campus must avoid the playground and basketball court areas.
