This October, Little River Elementary students, staff, and families came together to make a difference through our annual Socktober Drive. Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we collected an incredible 260 pairs of new socks to support those in need.

After the donations were counted and sorted by size, it was clear that our community's commitment to helping others had a meaningful impact. Socks are one of the most requested items at clothing closets because only brand-new socks can be distributed to individuals and families.

The donations will benefit the Dulles South Neighborhood Closet, which is delighted to receive this support. These socks will help provide comfort and essential clothing items to members of our local community.
