Mental health experts say that we should practice self-care in order to reduce stress and prevent burnout. To that end, we launched Mindful Mondays in 2021 as part of our Wellness Works! program, providing you with activities that you can do and actions that you can take to promote self-care and to ultimately reduce stress and anxiety.
