
MyLeave is your one-stop system to submit and manage your leave requests. Whether you’re planning ahead for a medical or parental leave or navigating an unexpected need for time away for a medical reason, MyLeave makes it easy to track your leave status, upload documentation, and stay informed—all in one place.
Important Note: MyLeave does not track general use of sick or annual leave.
MyLeave will be made available for all staff effective July 1, 2025.
To help you get started, we’re offering training sessions for employees and supervisors. These sessions will walk you through how to use the system to request and manage leave.

Training Video: Available the week of June 1, via the Leave & Disability Website
In-Person Training: July 16, at 11:00 AM at the Administration building
Virtual Training: July 8 at 9:00 AM and July 23 at 12:00 PM
Employees:
Training Video: Available the week of June 1, via the Leave & Disability Website
In-Person Training: October 1 at 8:00 AM and October 8 at 4:30 PM at the Administration building
Virtual Training: August 5 at 1:00 PM, September 24 at 8:00 AM, October 6 at 4:30 PM
Need a Translation?
MyLeave can be accessed in a variety of languages using Google Chrome.
Simply right-click anywhere on the MyLeave page and select “Translate to [Language]” to view the site in your preferred language.
