School-Business Partnership Breakfast Postponed Until September 2
Out of an abundance of caution, the Loudoun School-Business Partnership Executive Council has postponed Friday’s School-Business Partnership Breakfast until Wednesday, September 2, 2020.
This decision was made after consultation and collaboration with the Loudoun County Public Schools central administrative staff, the Loudoun Education Foundation and members of the School-Business Partnership Executive Council.
The September 2 event will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the National Conference Center in Leesburg. More details will be shared closer to the event.
Questions can be sent to the Office of LCPS Community Connections at LCPSCommunityConnections@lcps.org.
Founded in 1990, the School-Business Partnership Executive Council is composed of corporate executives, business professionals, government agency representatives and LCPS educators. During the school year, the partnership council facilitates networking activities and events with business partners and recognizes outstanding school-business partnerships.
The honored partners for this year’s breakfast include A&A Heating and Air Conditioning; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Loudoun Chapter; Loudoun Habitat for Humanity; Man Tech; Salamander Resort & Spa; NEST4US; the Ryan Bartel Foundation; and Sharon Virts, founder of the Virts Miller Foundation.
