LCPS Students Attend White House Halloween

Four hundred students from Rosa Lee Carter Elementary were among the guests welcomed to the White House on Sunday, October 28th, for the annual Halloween celebration.

Students were greeted by President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. They enjoyed other entertainment on the White House grounds, including visits with costumed characters like Smokey the Bear.

Students from several Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) elementary schools attended this event, including Buffalo Trail and Hillside.
