  • Want to see ACL’s FIRST Robotics Competition team RoboLoCo’s robot in action and learn more about joining? Come to our lunch time interest meeting on September 28th in the Makerspace, room 301.

 

  • The Governor’s Schools are month-long, residential summer programs offered in a variety of special interest areas for rising juniors and seniors in Virginia. There will be a special lunch-time presentation on Thursday, September 28th (12:25-1:10pm) and Friday, September 29th (1:00-1:45pm) in Auditorium B.

 

  • Get ready for our school wide Pink Out on October 18th and 19th. The school store is now selling Pink Out T-shirts and Sweatshirts. We sold out last year, so hurry and get yours while supplies last!

 

  • Like chess? Want to play chess online and over-the-board against others? Stop by the Chess Club's interest meeting during lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday, 9/26 & 9/27 in room 1203. All levels are welcome!

 

  • Congratulations to all the Cosmetology students who competed in the SkillsUSA Virginia State Fair Competition. They all produced amazing work. Congratulations to Lillie Voorheis who placed 6th for the Fantasy Manikin Combout Competition and Isabelle Sullivan who placed 2nd in the Manikin Combout Competition.

 

  • Congratulations to all the Graphic Communications students who competed in the SkillsUSA Virginia State Fair Competition.
