REGISTER AT ARCOLA!
Welcome To Loudoun County Public Schools!
All new parents to LCPS must begin with an online PRE-registration. After you have completed the online preregistration, you will need to verify the following information with paper documentation of the following:
1. Your Proof of address (a mortgage statement, closing papers, or lease)
2. The original or certified birth certificate of the student(s) you are registering
3. A government issued, photo identification of the parent who is registering the student.
You will need to provide all required VA State Health Forms before your child is fully registered. We recommend you always have a copy of your child's health forms. If you are transferring from another school within the United States, often these will be sent by your current school but if they are not, you will be required to provide the immunizations and a 5 year physical.
*All new registering parents must complete the first page of the VA state health form and a signature is required in two places at the bottom of this page. (All of these documents are listed below)
ALL STUDENTS registering at Arcola will need a TB Screening done within three months prior to their registration.

If you would like to attend Arcola and live outside our boundaries, you can apply for special permission, click here to apply for special permission to attend Arcola! Please remember that if you are attending Arcola on special permission, you will have to provide transportation for your student.
