Booking an appointment at an Hardware Repair Center (HRC)

 

Before booking an appointment, users should FIRST contact the Technology Support Center (571-252-2112), M-F, 8am-5pm. The TSC may refer you to the HRC after remote troubleshooting has been performed and is determined that an HRC visit is necessary to resolve the issue.
