(If you attended a different Elementary School you should contact that school)
You should:
- Arrive 15 min prior (they will start on time!)
- Park in school lot (elementary school)
- Bring cap, gown, tassel, cell phone for selfies with former teachers
- Dress school appropriate
- Be on your best behavior
It will last about 30 minutes.
Senior Yard Sign Info [posted 1/31/2023]
If you have not yet placed your order for your student's yard sign, this is a reminder that the last day to order the signs for $25.00 is on Tuesday, February 28th.
Personalized Senior Grad Yard Signs: YARD SIGN CLASS OF 2023 The online order form went live in mid-October 2022. If you don't recall that you may have already placed an order for your student, please email Project Grad Yard Sign Chair, Karen Cornfeld at: karenpta@yahoo.com She will be able to check for you before you place an order.
- $25 per sign if ordered by 2/28/23
- $30 per sign if ordered after 2/28/23
- The price will go up to $30.00 starting on March 1.

FAFSA workshop Oct 25 [naviance/posted 10/24/2022]
This is a reminder that tomorrow, October 25th, Broad Run, in conjunction with Stonebridge and Riverside HS, will be hosting a FAFSA workshop from 6:30-8:30 PM in the Broad Run High School auditorium. This workshop is intended to be a workshop where students and families bring their FAFSA filing materials and complete the application during the workshop. It will be helpful to complete the FSA ID application for both parent and student prior to coming to the workshop. Please bring your charged laptop to the workshop with you. For anyone planning on attending a two or four year college, completing your FAFSA is imperative if you would like to receive any financial support, and in some instances, scholarships.

Senior/Baby Year Book Ads [connect-ed/posted 9/28/2022]
Class of 2023,
Don't miss your opportunity to celebrate your special senior's upcoming graduation by ordering a senior/baby ad in the yearbook! Senior/baby ads are a great way to recognize your child's hard work, plus 100% of the purchase price goes to support the Broad Run yearbook program. To purchase a senior/baby ad, follow these steps:
- Click here (or visit www.yearbookordercenter.com and enter number 13768).
- Click on "Yearbook Ads" in the upper right and select "Buy a Yearbook Ad."
- Select the size of the ad and enter your student's name.
- Choose a template, upload photos, and type a personalized message.
- Proof, pay for, and submit your ad. Your child will love seeing the ad printed in glossy color when the yearbooks come out in May!

Senior Picture Update [connect-ed/posted 9/08/2022]
For the students who have NOT YET taken your senior pictures, Victor O’Neill Studios, your school’s official school photographer, are excited to see you at Broad Run on October 17 & 18 for Senior Formal Yearbook Portraits Session B.
The attire for the school’s yearbook pose will be in the traditional Tuxedos and Drapes. We will provide the Tuxedo and Drapes. In addition to the yearbook session we also offer sessions that include casual/personality portraits and cap and gown portraits. Please follow the link below to choose your session type and appointment time.
**Sessions are scheduled one at a time. You will receive another announcement from the school when the final November date is announced and available for booking. Don't delay because sessions are first-come, first-served.**

If you missed the summer senior portrait session, here is an update.
Victor O’Neill Studios, Broad Run’s official school photographer, is excited to see you on October 17 & 18 for your senior portrait at the school.
An official announcement will come from Broad Run mid-September that will include information on the October session and a link that you will use to book your session type and appointment time.
We will have a final session in early November and those dates will be shared in mid-October.

From the Office of Student Services..."Rising 12th grade students are required to have one [1] dose of Meningococcal Vaccine (MenACWY, Menactra, or Menveo) given at age 16 or older."

It's time to schedule your senior portrait! Use this link to schedule your sitting at Broad Run High School July 11th from 9AM-3PM and July 12th & 13th from 8AM-3PM: https://pickatime.com/vosphoto/BroadRun2023.
- Victor O’Neill photography will provide traditional tuxes and drapes for the yearbook photo.
- You can also schedule additional portraits if you wish.
- Pictures will be taken in the auditorium, so please enter through Door B4.
If you are unable to make the July 11-13 session, fall sessions will also be offered, but time slots are limited. Make-up dates are October 17-18 and November 4. A link will be provided for these dates after the July portraits.
