Student Parking Information --2021-2022 Student Parking Passes/Senior Painting Passes

Student parking passes for the 2021--2022 school year will be available for purchase this summer beginning in late July--please see the information listed below for specific dates/times.  Parking spaces are $200/yr. or $100/semester.  Students who will attend the Academies of Loudoun (AOL) will pay $100/yr. or $50/semester to park at Heritage and will purchase a separate parking pass to park on the AOL campus.  Students should pay through the online payment portal or may bring cash or a check to the main office during office hours.  Students must also complete a parking permit application and select a parking space before driving to school.  Families facing financial hardships may request a reduction or waiver of parking fees by completing a Reduction/Waiver of Student Fees form and submitting it to the main office.  Parking passes will be available for pick up outside of the cafeteria during lunches on the first and second day of school.  Students should use their LCPS account to complete all forms.

Step 1: Student logs into their LCPS email

Step 2: complete a parking permit application

Step 3: Pay the Parking Fee - either full year or semesterj OR complete a Reduction/Waiver of Student Fees form and email it to Ms. Sierra

Step 4: Select a parking space

Step 5: On the first day of school, park in your parking spot (if available) and pick up pass during your lunch block outside of the Cafeteria!

 

Seniors:  Rising seniors may purchase their parking permits beginning Monday, July 26th, 2021 at 9 a.m.

 

Seniors will also have the opportunity to purchase a parking space painting pass for an additional $25—this pass will allow seniors to paint a school-appropriate design in their parking space.  Seniors may pay for their painting pass through the online portal.  The information regarding senior parking space painting is listed in the following link:

Seniors may feel free to begin painting once they have paid the painting fee and have received confirmation that their painting design has been approved.  All painting designs should be sent to Mr. Armstrong at ross.armstrong@lcps.org for approval prior to painting.

 

Juniors:  Rising juniors (or seniors that missed the senior window) may purchase their parking permits beginning Thursday, July 29th, 2021 at 9 a.m. via the online payment portal.

 

Please Note:  Parking passes sold once the school year begins will be assigned by front office staff--students interested in having a choice of parking spaces must purchase their parking pass before the school year begins.
