DL Students and Staff with Password issues call Technology Support Center phone number: 571-252-2112

Hybrid Students and Staff see Mrs. Spencer in House B Workroom.

 

 The Department of Digital Innovation (DDI) will continue to provide technical support. Staff members and students can receive technical support through one of the following methods:

  • Email your question to supportcenter@lcps.org (from your LCPS provided email)
  • Call the Technology Support Center at (571) 252-2112, Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • All technical problems for both DL and Hybrid students and staff will go thru Mrs. Spencer(DES) at Eagle Ridge.  Hybrid students can bring their chromebook to ERM between 8:30 and 3:30.  When you arrive, make sure to take the symptom checker, then proceed to House B Workroom to Mrs. Spencer.
  • Please do not call Mrs. Spencer, please email if you need to Allison.spencer@lcps.org.
  • Loaners will be provided until device is returned to ERM.

New students or Students moving out of the county will come to Eagle Ridge to pick up or return the Chromebook and the charger.

Students and staff in need of replacing a lost power adapter, stylus pen, or travel hub may do so through the DDI Technology store by visiting https://bit.ly/MySchoolBucks.
