Technology Support

Students and Staff with Password issues call Technology Support Center phone number: 571-252-2112

 

All technical problems for students and staff will go through Mrs. Spencer (DES) at Eagle Ridge. 

  • Please email Allison.spencer@lcps.org.
  • Loaners will be provided until device is returned to ERM.
  • New students will receive their Chromebook and Charger the 1st or 2nd day of school.

Students moving out of the county will come to Eagle Ridge to return their Chromebook and the charger.

 

Students and staff in need of replacing a lost power adapter, stylus pen, or travel hub may do so through the DDI Technology store by visiting https://bit.ly/MySchoolBucks.  Information on how to order can be found here.
