The Loudoun County School Board values your input in determining the qualities that are important as we search for our next superintendent. As the first step in the search process, we need your thoughtful and candid input to ensure that the voice of our community is part of our search to find the best superintendent for LCPS. 

Please take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this survey to share your input in the superintendent search process. The survey is open to all community members, parents, students, and staff.

The Loudoun County School Board welcomes public participation in this process. Visit our website for more information regarding future steps in the superintendent search, including stakeholder meetings in mid-March. After interviewing finalists this spring, we anticipate finalizing the selection of the new superintendent by early June.
