Twelve Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) students received $2,500 scholarships for being named National Merit Scholars.
The awards were announced Wednesday, May 11, by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. A total of 2,500 students were designated National Merit Scholars. The Scholars were selected from a pool of 15,000 finalists for their accomplishments, skills and potential for success in rigorous college studies.
The 2022 Loudoun County National Merit Scholars are:
Raahi Chada, Rock Ridge High School;
Adrian Cheung, Broad Run High School;
Aarav Khanna, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology;
Neha Krishna, Rock Ridge High School;
Sunjum Mehta, John Champe High School;
Manasvi Mothe, Briar Woods High School;
Dheemanth Munipalli, Rock Ridge High School;
Hasita Nalluri, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
