New School Board Public Comment Process


The School Board welcomes comments from Loudoun County residents and believes that strong community engagement and outreach are important components of a successful school division.  As a result, the Loudoun County School Board adopted a new process for participating in public comment at School Board meetings with revisions to Policy 2520:  Participation by the Public.


Community members interested in participating in the public comment period of a School Board meeting or public hearing may now complete an online form to register.  The form is available at .

Those who have not registered in advance may still visit the Public Information Officer in the media box in the back of the School Board meeting room up to five minutes before the meeting begins to complete the form on a laptop located there.
