Hello, I am Mrs. King-Woerner, but many students and their families call me Mrs. K-W.  I am very excited about teaching at Potowmack Elementary School for the twelfth year!

I hold both my Master's Degree in Education and Bachelor of Arts Degree from George Mason University. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, kids and grandson, reading, and walking my two tripod huskies, London and Finley. We are eagerly awaiting our newest grandbaby, due in September!

I also love trying new things. A few years ago, I bought a kayak and you can often see me out on the Potomac River. I also love yoga.

I also love to eat and cook with my family. We love to try recipes from countries around the world.
