    I am thrilled to be a part of the second grade team as an EL teacher this year at Sugarland. My teaching experience has been in kindergarten and first grade for the past 13 years. This will be my 14th year of teaching and my 9th year teaching at Sugarland. I grew up in Michigan, went to college in Ohio, and previously taught in Las Vegas, Nevada before coming to Virginia. When I am not teaching I love to travel, read, take walks, run, cook, and look at art. I am excited for the 2019-2020 school year!
