• Welcome to the Loudoun County Public Schools Electronic Pay Stub E-Pay System

    LCPS E-Pay is an electronic version of the employee pay statement that replaces the current paper statements for the direct deposit voucher. In addition to providing current pay period information, LCPS E-Pay holds three years history of employees’ pay statements for easy access and retrieval. The E-Pay system will be updated with the current pay period information on the morning of the scheduled payday.

    The Electronic Pay Stub can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection but Registration for this service must be completed from one of LCPS School Locations or Administration Sites.

    How to Access My Pay Data

    The electronic pay statement is available normally 24 hours per day except for Tuesday night and Sunday morning when maintenance and data backup is being performed.

    If you need help, please call the Payroll Division at 571-252-1260 for questions about your leave or salary.  If you need to re-register or need help logging into e-Pay, contact the DTS Service Desk at 571-252-2112. There are no after hours or weekend staff available for questions. The DTS Service Desk and Payroll Division hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
