  • Learner's Permit Testing

New this year! Learner's Permit (LP) Testing comes to LCPS! Many high schools are making remote testing available to students. After 2 attempts at testing (at DMV and/or school) the 3rd and subsequent test attempts are at DMV.

When students pass the LP test at their school, the Driver Education teacher gives them a document to take to the clerk at the DMV. Parents also receive an email notification of the results. This service allows students to test in a familiar environment and is a real time-saver for parents!

This link below shows all the established LP testing sites so far in LCPS. We hope to have this service available at all high schools by the end of this school year. Please see your school's HPE website or your Driver Education teacher for forms and registration information.
