Students and staff, for technology support (password reset, software issues, broken devices) please continue to call Technology Support Center line 571-252-2112, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM (excluding holidays) or email DDI-TechnologySupportCenter@lcps.org with questions.

If the help line refers you to a repair center, please call 571-252-2880 or email vadim.zhukov@lcps.org to schedule an appointment at BBES for Chromebook repair.

Students leaving LCPS (moving to another district, state, out of country): please return your assigned Chromebook and its original charger (lost chargers need to be purchased) to your school to avoid being invoiced for equipment. A receipt will be issued for confirmation at the time of the return by Digital Experience Specialist.

- For your convenience, exact Chromebook charger (Lenovo 45W) replacements may also be purchased on Ball's Bluff website (Online Payments (no fees)):(https://osp.osmsinc.com/LoudounVA/BVModules/CategoryTemplates/Detailed%20List%20with%20Properties/Category.aspx?categoryid=DB022) and picked up any time 9:00AM - 3:00PM, in the Ball's Bluff front office.
