If your student is having issues with software (Google Meet, Schoology, logging in, internet issues, etc.), the quickest and easiest way to get help will be to call the Technology Support Center at 571-252-2112. They will be able to assist remotely.
If your student is having issues with hardware (the screen is cracked, the keyboard/mousepad is not working, the Chromebook isn’t charging, etc.), you will need to set up an appointment at the school
When you arrive at the school, a Digital Experience Specialist will look at your student’s device. If they cannot fix the issue within 15 minutes, your student will recieve a loaner device.
