Mrs. Collier is a  Loudoun County native.  In 1992, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Old Dominion University.  Mrs. Collier has taught second and third grade in Loudoun County for over twenty-eight years. Prior to joining the staff here at Hamilton Elementary, she worked at Horizon Elementary and Sully Elementary in Sterling.
