    ¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to Spanish 3 and SFS1 for 2019-2020! 

    ¡Hola! Welcome to Potomac Falls High School. Sra. Schneider is excited to teach Spanish 3 and SFS1! She taught at Fairfax County Public Schools and took a sabatical from teaching to work with a domestic and international program for the children of our deployed military service members. She was honored at the White House for outstadning work with the Operation Kid Comfort program. She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from George Mason Universtity. She was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to the U.S. when she was a small child. She grew up in Miami, Florida and moved to Northern Virginia with her husband and four children. Sra. Schneider loves her family, friends, the beach, palm trees, lizards, dogs, cats, and doing volunteer work. She lives in Fairfax County with her husband, their adopted pit bull named Daisy, two cockateils, and two adopt two cats Eli and Jack. Sra. Schneider enjoys traveling to Colorado to visit her oldest daughter, catching up on the latest Netflix shows, creating fiber art, and reading. 

    Sra. Schneider is teaching Spanish levels 3, SFS1, and SCA/Project Management. All the Spanish classes will use a variety of materials in print as well as various online tools to build and improve upon each student's ability to listen, speak, read, and write in Spanish. 

    Please check the Spanish 3 and SFS1 Calendar and Google Classroom for homework, projects, and all assignments and dates of quizzes and tests. 

     

    Extra help is available every Tuesday from 4:15 - 5pm, or by appointment for students needing more work on a topic. Please see Sra. Schneider or email her to schedule an extra help session. Students are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the extra help!
