Mrs. Rouse, TRTMrs. Rouse is excited about another exhilarating and wonderful school year at Newton-Lee as the Instructional Facilitator, Technology!Mrs. Rouse has a Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University in Education with an Emphasis in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Interdisciplinary Studies. Mrs. Rouse has taught Pre-Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 5th Grade in elementary schools in Texas before moving to Loudoun County. Mrs. Rouse is looking forward to another great year at LCPS.Mrs. Rouse was recognized as an Apple Teacher in 2018, a Google Certified Educator in 2018, an innovative educator through PBS's Digital Innovator Program in 2016, and Microsoft's Partners in Learning 2012 U.S. Forum. These forums showcase the creative ways educators are using technology to engage and transform their students' learning experience.Mrs. Rouse is a lifelong learner who loves to read! She also enjoys spending time with her family, learning about new technology. She enjoys watching the San Antonio Spurs make it to the NBA Championship, and hopes the Washington National continue their successful season!Mrs. Rouse looks forward to meeting and working with the amazing students at Newton-Lee this year. Mrs. Sullivan, TA
Mrs. Sullivan is excited to be starting her 3rd year as the Technology Assistant at Newton-Lee. It is a pleasure to work with the friendly and enthusiastic staff and students at NLE!
Mrs. Sullivan graduated from UVA with a BSN and worked for over 20 years as a nurse in a variety of settings. Prior to coming to NLE, she worked as the Technology Assistant at Lincoln Elementary for a number of years. She enjoys helping as well as learning new things – especially from the children!
Mrs. Sullivan is married with four grown children and three grandchildren. She enjoys working outside in the garden, hiking, reading, and enjoying time with her family.
