Hello Parents of "Future Kindergarten Students,”

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Kindergarten Registration: Loudoun County Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, March 21st due to inclement weather. Kindergarten Registration make-up date has been scheduled for Thursday, April 5th. Parents of incoming kindergarten students should have already pre-registered online and scheduled an appointment with their local school. Due to school closing, those scheduled appointments will be moved to Thursday, April 5th. Parents whose schedules cannot be adjusted to accommodate the change of date should contact their child’s school attendance secretary, Diane Allen, to reschedule their April 5th appointment time. This rescheduling DOES NOT affect a child’s space in kindergarten which is based on when the appointment was initially scheduled and NOT on the appointment date.

Kindergarten Registration Day 2018-2019 is rescheduled for Thursday, April 5th, 2018  from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Discovery Elementary School.  Kindergarten Registration will take place in our Gymnasium.  Please use the Gym side doors to enter the building.  You may pre-register online beginning at 8:00 AM on February 20, 2018.  After you fill out your registration online, you may schedule an appointment for Thursday, April 5th, 2018 to bring in your necessary documents.  Please call Diane Allen, Registrar at 571-252-2370 to schedule an appointment.  If you do not have an appointment on April 5tht you will be considered a “walk-in.”

Appointments can be made by calling 571-252-2370 after MARCH 21st if you are unable to attend the Kindergarten Registration Day.

All elementary schools will register students in their attendance zone only.
