    I am very excited to continue teaching 1st grade at Banneker Elementary again this year.  I have a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, also from Virginia Tech.  The 2023-2024 school year will be my 26th year with Loudoun County Public Schools.  This will be my 15th year teaching 1st grade and my 8th year at Banneker.  Besides 1st grade, I have previously taught kindergarten and 2nd grade.  We are going to have so much fun this year!
