• Hello, my name is Cindy Wall and I am a Chemistry teacher here at Broad Run High School. This year I will be teaching three sections of Chemistry and two sections of Advanced Placement Chemistry in room 114.
I have a B.S. degree in Biology from Christopher Newport College, and a M.S. degree in Education (Administration) from Shenandoah University. I also have earned over 30 hours of graduate credit in Environmental Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech. I have 29 years of teaching experience and I have worked as a department chair for science in both Fauquier County and Prince William county.
I have attended numerous professional development opportunities in conferences (ChemEd 1995, 2003, 2007, BCCE 2010) and AP Chemistry Summer Institutes (WKU, 1994; William & Mary, 2006; Fairfax Co., Va., 2008; and Goucher College, 2012).
For many years I coached track and cross-country. I continue to work as a track and cross-country official, including being the starter at the Great Meadow Invitational, Oatlands Invitational, Octoberfest Invitational, and the State A, AA, and AAA Cross-country Championships.
I live in Fauquier county where my husband and I raise black Angus cattle.
