The Creighton's Corner Physical Education and Health program is a world class lifestyle enhancement project whose primary purpose is to make health and fitness so FUN that it encourages students to develop a lifelong love of personal health and fitness.
Students will participate in a wide variety of challenging, yet developmentally appropriate activities 2 times a week for 45 minutes. Learning experiences are designed to use skill themes and movement concepts to teach the content of each learning strand. The program will focus on physically active lifestyles, and will do so by taking part in skilled movement principles and concepts, personal fitness, and responsible behaviors.  Where applicable, learning concepts from the core subjects are also embedded into activities, further applying what students are learning in the classroom.
