We will have an after school rehearsal on Tuesday, May 21.  If students are only in the first and last song of the Revue, they can leave at 4:45 pm.  If students have a solo/duet/small group in the Revue, they need to stay until 6 pm.
The Revue will be at 7 pm on Wednesday, May 22.  Both the participants AND the audience will be onstage - a sort of coffee house "vibe".  Students need to be there by 6:30 pm.  ***We MAY be having a reception after the Revue*** I will update when I know more.  Thank you all for your flexibility and patience!
After having graduated Magna Cum Laude from James Madison University (GO DUKES!!!) in 2001, I began my career here in Loudoun County and taught middle school for four years.  This is my fourteenth year at Broad Run and during my tenure, I earned my Masters in Music from George Mason University (GO PATRIOTS!!!).  In 2012, I achieved National Board Certification - the first (and only) Choral Director in Loudoun County Public Schools to do so.  I am also a current member of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), American/Virginia Choral Directors Associations (ACDA/VCDA), National/Virginia Education Associations (NEA/VEA), Loudoun Education Association (LEA), and a lifetime member of Sigma Alpha Iota (SAI).  I am teaching chorus and guitar this year, and also serve as the BRHS Fine Arts Department Chair.  I have truly enjoyed my time teaching and becoming a part of the Ashburn community.
