    Dear Students and Families,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! My name is Mrs. Daniel and I am very excited to serve as Aldie Elementary School’s Resource Teacher for grades K-5. In this role, I serve students as an interventionist and as a specialized reading instructor.  I am also the Special Education Case Manager for Aldie Elementary School. This will be my thirty-second-year teaching and my ninth-year teaching for LCPS. Besides working as a resource teacher, I have taught first, second, third and fourth grades as a general education teacher.  I look forward to the opportunity of getting to work with the students, parents and staff of the Bobcat community.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married, and I have 2 adult children. I also have a very active dog named Harley. I have several interests outside of school, hiking being my most favorite. On any given weekend, you will find me hiking along one of the many trails that meanders through our area. I also love to cheer on the Ohio State Buckeyes from my great home state of Ohio.  Our family enjoys camping and exploring our many national parks in the United States.

I am passionate about building relationships with the students and their families that I serve.  If you ever have a need or concern, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Sincerely,

    Mrs. Alice Daniel
