HEALTH & FITNESS ACADEMIC CONTENT: Muscle Motion, Review Five Components of Fitness Concepts
FITNESS: Beginner Heart Rate Baton Activities, End-Year Fitness Measurements
MOTOR SKILLS: Locomotor- skip, gallop, slide, grapevine, run, walk, jump, hop, leap, dodging, fleeing
Non-Locomotor Skills- turn, twist, balance, stretch, jump and land, bend curl, swing, sway, weight transfer
Manipulative Skills- circuit training exercises, striking with an implement, striking with hands
SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL & SAFETY: Sportsmanship (fairplay, cooperation, respect of self and others)

GRADE 3
HEALTH & FITNESS ACADEMIC CONTENT: Muscle Motion, Review Five Components of Fitness Concepts
FITNESS: Heart Health Pyramid, End of Year Fitness Measurements
MOTOR SKILLS: Locomotor Skills- skip, gallop, slide, grapevine, run, walk, hop, jump, leap, dodging, fleeing
Non-Locomotor Skills- twist, push/pull, bend, stretch, and turn, balance, bend curl, weight transfer
Manipulative Skills- circuit training exercises, striking with an implement, striking with hands, throwing, catching
