This is Dr. Willmot and I am anxious but excited to return to the 2022-2023 school year! This will be my eighth year at Briar Woods, and starting my twenty-second year as a Theatre Director and Instructor in Loudoun County Public Schools. I look forward to a year of theatre full of wonder and excellence at Briar Woods High School!As we embark on a new and exciting year of theatre, I wish to thank you all in advance for being true to BWHS Theatre. As always, productions are dedicated to all the students, faculty, staff, and families of BWHS who support and believe in the power of the Arts!Our first performance is A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare! November 10, 11, 12th @7pm and 13th @2pmThe next performance will be our musical, Into The Woods, February 16, 17, 18 and 19thOther performances to look forward to this year:Senior-Directed Student One-Act Festival (Spring)VHSL Competition One-Act performed by Theatre III/IV students (Spring)Having said that, let me tell you a little bit about myself.Education:- Bachelors degree, General Arts and Sciences from Penn State University

Experience:- Twenty years with LCPS at Broad Run and Briar Woods High Schools
- Prior to that, seventeen years professional arts experience in modern dance, technical theatre, and acting
- Additionally, thirteen years professional massage therapy experience, Virginia certified, Nationally certified
