    Mrs. Grim
     Librarian
I am in my tenth year of teaching at Sugarland Elementary.
I studied history in college and have a BA and MA in Chinese History from the University of California, San Diego. Part of my studies included teaching English to college students in China for one year! In addition, I have an MLS in Library Science from the University of Maryland
My husband and I have five wonderful children and a dog. We are avid soccer fans and spend our weekends watching our youngest son play.
I love teaching and reading! I work each day to help students develop a love of reading and learning here at Sugarland.

    Mrs. Currin
    Library Assistant
I am in my sixth year at Sugarland.
I returned to the work force after taking
time off to raise my three children who
have all attended Sugarland. I am a native Virginian having grown up in Arlington.
    I attended George Mason University
    where I studied Parks, Recreation
and Leisure Studies. My goal was to become a National Park Ranger, but life had other plans for me. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, geocaching and camping.  I also enjoy reading and am rarely without a good book on hand. I am looking forward to another great year at Sugarland!
