    Mrs. Hrynyk is excited to begin her 17th year of teaching at Seldens Landing Elementary School.  She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and George Mason University in 2012 with a Master of Education in Special Education.  Her main instrument is saxophone, but she also plays piano, guitar, flute, and clarinet among others.  She holds a certification in First Steps in Music, and has completed Level I of World Music Drumming. In addition to music, she loves her family, penguins, sushi, scrapbooking, her two cats (Mouse & Moose), and of course her Pittsburgh sports teams (Go Pens, Steelers, & Pirates!) For the 23-24 school year, Mrs. Hrynyk will be teaching Kindergarten-5th grade music at Seldens Landing.
